Duty Drawbacks
Duty drawback is a program established by US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), which allows companies to recover up to 99% of duties and taxes paid on goods being imported into the US which in return are being exported or destroyed. In order to quality for this program, you must comply with certain rules and provide documents. Below is a summary of this program, who qualifies, and the appropriate steps for each option.
